User License Grant to CyberLSI
Subject to the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of Personal Information about a user as identified in the Privacy Policy, You, as a user of the Website grant CyberLSI a non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license, throughout the universe, to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, communicate to the public, and otherwise utilize and exploit Personal Information and information about your use of the Website to:

THIS CLAUSE SHALL NOT PRECLUDE PARTIES FROM SEEKING PROVISIONAL REMEDIES IN AID OF ARBITRATION FROM A COURT OF APPROPRIATE JURISDICTION.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and CyberLSI with respect to the use of the Website. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
